All sales are final! All our products are custom produced especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on-demand allows us to offer a wider array of products while reducing overproduction waste and warehousing costs. This also means all orders are custom printed and cannot be returned and re-stocked. We do our best to ensure that all orders are accurately produced and delivered. However, if by chance you believe you've received the wrong product and/or you have problems with delivery of your order, please contact us with your order number and any specific concern.
